Each year, WELCOA provides a nationally-recognized workplace wellness certification opportunity. Known as Well Workplace University, this engaging and stimulating certification provides all participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and deliver a results-oriented wellness program.
About Well Workplace University
For 2009, Well Workplace University consists of four, 90-minute Webinar training sessions. During this time, WELCOA instructors provide important information relating to the Seven Benchmarks of results-oriented wellness programs. In order to achieve certification, participants are required to attend all four sessions. Outside of the four, 90-minute sessions, participants are also required to complete a variety of homework assignments and a final exit survey.
