Getting the Most from the Well Workplace Website The Well Workplace Awards Initiative was designed a decade ago to help employers create healthier working environments. Today, we are pleased to say that nearly 700 organizations have embraced WELCOA’s Well Workplace model, helping over one million employees lead happier, healthier lives. This website details WELCOA’s Well Workplace Initiative in detail.
