General Manager, Health Hub

SUMMARY

Curative Health Holdings, Inc is searching for a General Manager to participate in the building of the Health Hub facility, as well as creating the fitness and wellness programs as it aligns with Curative Health Holdings mission. This role will lead day-to-day operations and oversee 5 to 15 members with various fitness and wellness backgrounds. You will direct the development of initiatives concerning member engagement and satisfaction. You will embody the Curative mission of focusing on preventative care and the complete well-being of a member. You must exude an overwhelmingly strong passion for fitness and wellness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and operationalize products/services
• Develop impactful programs that reach a broad variety of audiences
• Hire, on-board and manage team members
• Implement operational processes and procedures to optimize member experience
• Manage day to day operations for programs and staffing
• Collaborate with Head of Health hub to drive strategic priorities
• Work with facilities to maintain all equipment and decrease interruptions to the member experience
• Maintain personnel files and ensure up-to-date certifications
• Coordinate with other department heads to ensure synchronicity
• This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• 5-10 years managing a fitness facility, as well as managing personnel
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends based on business needs
• Exceptional oral, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and nurture others
• Confidence and desire to create new relationships quickly
• Basic computer skills (MS office)
• Exceptional facilitation and organizational skills

REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSES and/or CERTIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree wellness/fitness and/or equivalent experience/training
• Nationally recognized personal training certification from a US Fitness accepted provider
• Current CPR/AED certification
• One or more of the following:
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
• Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN)
• Registered Dietician (RD)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage staff of 5 to 15 employees supporting Health Hub programs and facility
