We’re looking for someone to join our team as an Associate Well-Being Project Manager who:
Manages, coordinates and evaluates the streams of work related to the associate well-being program for system initiatives, including projects related to the development of an integrated associate well-being strategy that aligns with the overall goals and strategy of the well-being division, leadership, and key partners.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for managing project timelines and deliverables for associate well-being program initiatives that support overall strategy, vision, values, and goals of the well-being division.
- Scopes, tracks, and reports on progress for associate well-being projects, including Blue Zones worksite certification work throughout the Adventist Health footprint, along with programs and tools that support engagement and improve associate well-being.
- Collaborates and provides support for metric reporting to other process owners on data collection and reporting. Disseminates information to system and local leadership on an on-going basis related to project deliverables, metric reporting, and resource coordination.
- Creates an engaging workplace and encourages others to contribute creative and innovative approaches to achieve continuous improvement.
- Collaborates and manages monthly reporting for markets and system bi-annual/annual reporting.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
You’ll be successful with the following qualifications:
Education:
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public health or wellness related field, or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Work Experience:
- Five years’ project management experience: Preferred
- One year leadership experience: Preferred
