Director of Sales – Financial Wellness

Dave Ramsey’s SmartDollar takes our life changing principles and proven plan into companies across the country. We provide the leading financial wellness benefit in the industry to more than 4,000 companies and 2 million employees. And right now, we’re looking for a sales director to take our team to the next level.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Aligns with and practices our financial principles
• Has five-plus years of sales leadership experience.
• Is great at relationship development
• Is proactive, polished, and comfortable in a boardroom
• Is a great listener and mentor with the heart of a teacher
• Can travel up to 20% of the time.
• Can set the vision and direction of the sales team.
• Is able to provide healthy accountability to the sales team.
• Knows the right way to on-board and let-go team members
• Has demonstrated sales growth; has grown teams in number of team members and sales revenue.
