Education Specialist
Position Information:
The Education Specialist provides work site wellness services to corporate and community client groups. Conducts screenings, administers and processes health risk assessments and provides follow-up education services. Assists in providing screening and other health promotion services with WakeMed community outreach events. Assists with individual health coaching for corporate clients.
Experience Requirements: 3 Months Fellowship/Internship/Residency – Related Area Required – Or 1 Year Wellness Programs Required – And 3 Years Related Position Experience Preferred
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Health Education Or Exercise Science Or Nursing Or Related Field
Required Licensure/Certification Requirements: Not Applicable
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 5:00 am-9:00 pm, hours vary
Weekend Requirements: No Weekends
