Global Benefits Director
Gallup is looking for a Senior Benefits Director who wants to use their benefits experience and leading-edge research to develop and recommend innovative plan changes to our self-funded, consumer driven, preventative care based, global benefits program.
In this role, you will be empowered to provide an effective and competitive program that attracts, engages and meets the needs of our dynamic global workforce. You will be responsible for developing, sustaining and ensuring perfect execution of a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k), health insurance coverage and wellness programs.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience specializing in employee benefits programs in a consulting or corporate role
- Knowledge of best practices for designing and administering employee benefits programs
