The Partners Group has an outstanding summer internship opportunity for a college student studying health promotion, psychology, exercise science, or nutrition. Our internship will provide the right candidate with exposure to a career in workplace wellbeing.
What a typical day in this role looks like
- Consistently demonstrate TPG Core Values: Play Well With Others, Be Curious, Be A Champion, Own It, Have Fun and Live Well
- Support TPG initiatives in an administrative capacity as directed by supervisor or team lead
- Attend internal meetings, as requested – take notes to learn about the process
- Research information on various wellbeing topics for PartnerWell (PW) client facing content
- Creating client facing content such as newsletters, quarterly campaigns, and flyers on various wellbeing topics
- Attend client wellness meetings to learn about designing wellbeing strategies and interventions
- Assist with the organization, promotion and follow-up activity for webinars and events with Wellbeing Think Tank
- Special project: In conjunction with the Wellbeing Coordinator and under the direction of the Wellbeing Consultant, develop the 2024 content library for the monthly PW newsletter and quarterly campaigns
Key Details
Location: Onsite in our Portland, Oregon office
Hours: 30 hours/week, Mon-Fri
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Starts: Mid-late June 2023; runs 10 weeks (end date flexible)
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.

- Strong organization and attention to detail
What will make you really stand out
- GPA of 3.5 of higher
- Prior internship and/or job experience
- Some design and content creation experience (including Canva)
- Desire to build quality, lasting relationships
