The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a strategic and service-oriented professional to join our PartnerWell team as a Senior Strategic Account Manager based in our Renton, WA office.
How you will have an impact at TPG
The primary role of the Senior Strategic Account Manager is to provide strategic services to the PartnerWell book of business and the PartnerWell division, while managing an assigned book of business to ensure client satisfaction. This individual will focus on developing strategic programming and partnerships, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall success.
What a typical day in this role looks like:
- Account Management: Manage assigned clients, assess needs, and build strategic multi-year roadmaps. Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and service delivery.
- Strategic Advising: Provide ongoing guidance on organizational wellbeing initiatives, analyze data, and collaborate.
- Program Management: Partner with team on division initiatives, build strategic partnerships with vendors, and manage programs to integrate wellbeing practices into client cultures.
- Problem Solving: Work with clients and service team to resolve issues and ensure tasks are completed by all parties.
- Workshops & Events: Facilitate or organize workshops, focus groups, and panel discussions for clients.
- Communication & Marketing: Assist in developing marketing materials and client communications.
- Administrative & Systems Management: Maintain client files, manage PartnerWell’s internal SharePoint, and utilize various internal systems (Salesforce, etc.).
Key details
- Location: Renton, WA (also open to Portland, OR); in-office with hybrid remote opportunities
- Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri
- Salary Range: $90,000-105,000 annually (DOE)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.
- Travel: Ability to travel with minimal overnight stays (such as visiting other TPG office locations)
What you’ll bring to the table
- At minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Human Resources Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required. Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least five (5) years of experience in the field of organizational wellbeing, employee benefits, marketing and/or insurance carrier/vendor experience. Other combinations of work and/or education will be considered.
- Professional level of written and verbal communication skills; critical thinking and research skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- A high level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail.
What will make you really stand out
- Professional certificates, designations (e.g., CWPC, CHES, WELCOA Faculty), and/or related licenses preferred, but not required. Will be obtained within the first year of employment and maintained annually.
- An active health insurance producer or consultant license is preferred, but not required.
