Staff Wellness Coordinator

Join the Benefit and Staff Wellness team as the Staff Wellness Coordinator for a School District comprised of 70 schools and 7,000 employees. This person is responsible for planning, developing and implementing district-wide wellness initiatives; developing programs that create awareness, motivation, and provides tools to employees that help them adapt and maintain a well rounded healthy lifestyle; and implement wellness related activities, such as: health screenings, seminars, flu shots, etc. The Coordinator will develop relationships with external brokers, carrier account management, and other vendors in order to leverage the medical plan for wellness initiatives.
