Position Summary

• Responsible for the successful promotion, marketing and sales of employee wellness program products and services.
• Provides exemplary customer service in communicating wellness program information to groups/benefits administrators.
• Travel is required.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field.

Required Work Experience

• Three years of sales/marketing experience, to include two years of experience managing wellness programs.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Effective organizational, presentation and customer service skills.
• Good judgment skills.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills.
• Public speaking ability.
• Basic business math proficiency.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate with or influence others.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot and be resourceful.
• Ability to travel out of state frequently, including overnight.

Preferred:

• Wellness Program Coordinator certification, Wellness Program Director certification or other job-related certification.
