Position Summary
- Responsible for the successful promotion, marketing and sales of employee wellness program products and services.
- Provides exemplary customer service in communicating wellness program information to groups/benefits administrators.
- Travel is required.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field.
Required Work Experience
- Three years of sales/marketing experience, to include two years of experience managing wellness programs.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Effective organizational, presentation and customer service skills.
- Good judgment skills.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills.
- Public speaking ability.
- Basic business math proficiency.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate with or influence others.
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot and be resourceful.
- Ability to travel out of state frequently, including overnight.
Preferred:
- Wellness Program Coordinator certification, Wellness Program Director certification or other job-related certification.
