1-Page Value Ad in Buyer’s Guide

The Buyer’s Guide is a printed publication that features a catalogue of vendors we recommend to our members when looking for a wellness partner. It is mailed to approximately 4,000 WELCOA members each year to help them shop our Premier Providers. The Buyer’s Guide is also made available digitally and can be downloaded here.

Buyer’s Guide Ads Due:  April 15, 2020
Buyer’s Guide Drop Date:  Week of July 1, 2020

 

 

1. Ad Dimensions
   • 8.5" x 11” PLUS 1/8” (.125 inches) bleed—recommended margin 1/2” (.5 inches)
   • Finished size of ad with bleeds should equate to 8.75″ x 11.25″

2. File Format and Image Specifications
   • Packaged InDesign file or print-optimized PDF accepted
     (Word, Quark, Publisher, Pagemaker or Quark files will not be accepted)
   • All supporting files must be included (images, fonts, colors, etc.).
   • Images must be at 100% of size, atleast 300 DPI, and in CMYK (any RGB images will be converted)
   • Fonts must be embedded or saved as “outlines”
